Dr. Luis Arango grew up in Colombia and moved to the U.S. to complete his residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Ohio. After residency, he received a degree in pediatric dentistry from the University of Puerto Rico and has been caring for kids ever since to help them achieve a healthy smile.
